This website has no sign-ups, accounts, or tracking cookies. If you email us, we receive your email address and message. For the SMS program, we collect only what is needed to send text messages: your name, your mobile phone number, your opt-in consent record (how and when you agreed), and the content of messages exchanged with this number.
How we use information
Information is used solely to reply to you, to send the reminders, scheduling, coordination and status messages described on our SMS Program page, to respond to HELP requests, and to honor STOP (opt-out) requests.
No sharing or selling
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are never sold or rented. Information may be processed by our SMS service provider (Twilio) only as needed to deliver messages, or disclosed if required by law.
Data retention and security
We keep your number and consent record only while you are opted in, plus a reasonable period afterward to document your opt-out. We use reasonable safeguards to protect this information.
